Coaching is different from therapy, in that this service is a form of support that is focused on helping you maintain a healthy outlook while we work as team in helping you achieve goals, stay motivated, overcome obstacles, and change your mindset. While coaching is not covered by health insurance providers or considered a medical service, it is a benefit for goal attainment and an investment in yourself. Confidentiality is of high value in our work together. Direct payment is accepted for these services.
For therapy services, I work with your out of network benefits, which will allow you to receive reimbursement from your insurance company for services. Many insurance companies limit the number of sessions, and also have a restriction on the length of sessions that they will cover. Additionally, providing services out of network helps to safeguard the confidentiality of information shared in your therapy sessions. Therefore, I ask for direct payment for services.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. I will provide a superbill/invoice for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement at your request.

Payment is due at the time you schedule your appointment. You have the option of making payments by:
- Credit/Debit Card
- HSA/FSA Card (for therapy)
- Electronic Payment (PayPal, Zelle, Venmo)
Your scheduled appointment is your reserved spot for you. If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 business hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may forfeit your submitted payment.
